Randy Friga
... the president and general manager, is in charge of project negotiation and client resources. He is the president of Heritage Tourism of the Ozarks, a board member of Esther's Maternity Home, Past Faithful Navigator, Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus, Vice-president of the Home Association Board, former Parish Council Member, member of the Midwest Civil War Re-enactors Association, and a former board member of the Gray/Campbell Farmstead. The asbestos re-certification that he goes through each year, makes him readily aware of how to handle asbestos on renovation projects. Randy works closely with owners and architects on their projects and is always available for assisting in discovering cost-saving measures. Randy has a BS degree and is an adjunct instructor at Ozarks Technical College in the Construction Technology Department.
Ralph Friga
... is the vice-president of Friga Construction Co., Inc. and is "officially" retired. He now spends most of his time in Cape Girardeau, MO. His days are not idle by any means with his projects in Cape Girardeau and occasionally consults and works on projects the company has underway.
Ralph is a long time resident of southeast Missouri, but moved to Springfield, MO with his wife, Leona, in 1985 to start Friga Construction Co., Inc. with their son, Randy. The original name of Friga Construction Co., Inc. was Ralph Friga General Construction, but was changed after it was incorporated. The company's first projects were overseen by him in Cape Girardeau at the home of the President of Southeast Missouri State. From that small start, he helped catapult the company into building projects that are well known landmarks throughout Missouri. His personal life brings to the front his wife, Leona, and spending time in Virginia with their other son, Steven. Many other hours are filled with fishing and hunting in Scott County.
Leona Friga
... is the secretary/treasure of the corporation and maintains the financial records for the corporation and is seldom seen around the office with the age of computers at our fingertips.
She lives in Cape Girardeau with her husband and vice-president, Ralph. Not to be someone that sits around, she is very involved with her church quilting group that donates many of their quilts to raise money for the parish school. This coupled with visiting her grandchildren around the state and country, her life is very full.
Marsha Friga, Eric Friga, and Ryan Friga are on the board of directors of Friga Construction and assist in the major decisions the company makes on the purchase of major equipment, benefits packages, and special corporate matters.
